Clearwater Beach, FL – The City of Clearwater and Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce host the Second Annual Chalk Art Festival October 25 – 27, 2013 along Beach Walk on south Clearwater Beach. About 20 chalk artists will adorn the sidewalks and promenades with creative works of art as they compete for cash prizes.
The Chalk Art Festival is a free, family friendly community event. Artists begin work on Friday afternoon and work through the weekend on their compositions; judging and awards take place on Sunday afternoon.
